In This Role, You'll
Manage and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of the Park&Ride systems across TfNSW locations to achieve program outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives.
You will manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development, implementation and operations for the Park&Ride program, including developing project plans, coordinating sub-contractors, managing on-site implementation across Greater Sydney and Outer and Regional Metropolitan areas.
Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation and operations, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess project progress and effectiveness, and achieve project outcomes.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in project managing/supporting complex or sensitive community projects, including the high-level ability to set clear goals and implement systems to ensure projects meet agreed objectives
- Demonstrated experience in implementation and operations of car parking management or access control equipment or similar
- Knowledge of project financial management and ability to manage and analyse data into meaningful inputs into project and system performance
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- A valid NSW Drivers Licence. The role requires travelling to various locations to oversee and manage the successful implementation and go-live of the Park&Ride system.
- Working flexibly outside of regular business hours when required is expected.
