Senior Project Officer Property Planning

In this role, you'll:

• Work as part of a team, you will work as a strategic town planner with property matters across the state, looking at development appraisals, dwelling entitlement checks, re-zoning and general planning advice.
• Use your expert knowledge in strategic planning experience to support your colleagues through the property life cycle including providing general planning and strategic advice.
• You may be based in Sydney, Newcastle or Wollongong.

About you

• With experience within the public sector or Council, you're recognised for your ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders due to your outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• You will be IT literate, have strong attention to detail, be able to work as part of a large cross functional team of internal colleagues and external contractors.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience in town planning or related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience.
