Senior Project Officer , Queensland Health

The Clinical Improvement Unit are looking for a Senior Project Officer to join their team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The Metro South Clinical Improvement Unit (CIU) oversees and coordinates both state and health service-wide strategies clinical programs, projects, and clinical redesign initiatives. CIU works with multidisciplinary teams across Princess Alexandra Hospital, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, Logan Hospital and Redland Hospital to address health service delivery opportunities and challenges.

About the Role
Responsibilities consists of but not limited to:

• Collaboration with the CIU Team and multidisciplinary stakeholders for project planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project phases in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
• Assist in coordination of the development and implementation of related policies, practices and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating, organising, and promoting the activities identified within the programs of work facilitated by the CIU in a structured change management process.
