The TeamThe position of
Senior Project Officer forms a part of the TAFE Partnerships and Implementation branch within the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD), Skills and Employment group. The OTCD plays a system leadership and management role for the TAFE Network across Victoria. The OTCD is primarily responsible for driving change in how the Victorian TAFE Network provides training as a coordinated network and serves Victorian students, employers and communities and responds to Government priorities.

Senior Project Officer drives outcomes and collaborates effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver on a program of work to implement TAFE network reforms.The
Senior Project Officer will provide strategic leadership and delivery expertise to team members, the leadership group, and adopts project monitoring to report on progress for various audiences.The role will work with the manager to:
- Design and deliver new and innovative initiatives and programs to support effective service delivery.
- Ensure Implementation is delivered in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure focus remains on delivering to theworkplan.
- Refine and evolve implemented programs to address post-establishment issues.
About YouThis role will suit an experienced and resourceful individual, with a track recordof program implementation, ideally in complex and multi-dimensional organisations. A knowledge of TAFE institutes or public sector entities is desirable. You will have highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes in a small team environment. This position will suit individuals who enjoys working in a high-profile project to deliver change with tight deadlines.
