The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of the implementation and operational phases of the Clinical Trials Centre, ensuring the successful delivery of its strategic and operational outcomes.Key responsibilities will include: Project AdministrationOffer project and administrative assistance to UQ CTC Leadership, involving reporting on plans, milestones, and deliverables, aiding in task completion, and implementing project plans. Also, provide secretariat and administrative services, such as organizing committee meetings, managing actions, and facilitating engagements.Conduct investigation and analysis, contributing to preparing briefs and reports for informed decision-making and planning. Additionally, coordinate and support the development of UQ CTC documentation portfolio and other materials, encompassing project plans, reports, and communication materials, as needed.Other duties as requested by the supervisor.Stakeholder engagementSupporting senior staff in maintaining effective relationships that support the operational objectives, including internal and external stakeholders’ professional organisations and the community through effective communication and interpersonal skills.?Financial ManagementCoordinating aspects…
