The role
As a Property Paralegal, you will support a Partner on Developer files for buyers, Commercial and residential conveyancing files and duties will include preparation of and drafting of documentation, amending documents, negotiation of clauses, registration of documentation, dealing with clients and general file management duties.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years Property Paralegal experience.
The Law Firm/ Salary
Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $90,000 + Super + bonus'). Boutique law firm in the Brisbane CBD of 13 staff and growing. Fun and flexible work environment. Social club and every Friday afternoon drinks!
