We currently have opportunities for passionate Retailers to join our business on Full Time capacity as Sales Consultant for our Fashion and Accessories, department.
You will have the opportunity to represent various Iconic brands across our Fashion, Watches, Accessories & Jewellery Categories. As a confident communicator with impeccable people skills, you will build rapport quickly with customers and take the time to understand their needs. You will be passionate about working with iconic brands such as Kenzo Paris, Longchamp, Lanvin, Chloe, Longines, Tissot, Rado and many more… where you thrive in working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will
- Have previous experience in fashion retail, where you have maximized sales opportunities and demonstrated customer excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience, being enthusiastic and a strong communicator
- Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
- Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously
- Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals
- Ever so often help restocking shelves and be able to lift weight
What you should bring along
- Previous experience within retail
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, we are looking for candidates who are able to work on afternoon shifts from Tuesdays-Saturdays.
