To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Scheduling or Estimating experience in the residential home market
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities are essential for this role
- Strong understanding of the local, residential construction and building processes
- Experience in Double Storey (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, understanding and meeting the requirements from the pre-construction and sales divisions
- Ability to read and understand plans and associated construction documentation
