Your role.

This role is critical in overseeing and delivering scheduling to the construction department, across an array of build methods. If you're looking for variety and a role with growth opportunity, this is the role for you!  Daily tasks include, but will not be limited to;

• Full scheduling (including material quantities & data entry) of projects
• Daily liaison and support to Construction team (extras, PO queries etc)
• Daily liaison with sub-contractors
• Effective and professional service to external vendors
• Encouraging ongoing improvement by providing support and feedback to suppliers and office based departments

 The successful candidate will hold the below skills and traits;

• ESSENTIAL - Minimum of 2+ years experience within a residential volume builder in a similar role
• Experience across multi-unit developments advantageous 
• Experience across timber frame and brick construction methods advantageous
• Experience across Truth Engine advantageous
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines essential
• Always fosters a positive team culture
• Ability to work in a competitive, challenging, and fast paced environment
• Results driven and solution focused
• Comfortable with technology in your day to day workings
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills
• Takes pride in brand representation across all aspects of work
