We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect who bridges the gap between Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Power Platform, Dynamics, and TOGAF, along with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into high-level solution designs.
- Leverage your expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics to create innovative architectural solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Business Liaison and Technology Exposure:
- Engage with Business, Data, Application, and Technology teams to gather insights and requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on how technology can drive business outcomes.
- TOGAF Exposure:
- Apply your knowledge of TOGAF principles to guide architectural decisions.
- Contribute to the development of architectural artifacts and roadmaps.
- Independent Project Work:
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on projects.
- Lead architectural discussions and decision-making.
- Effective Communication:
- Exceptional communication skills are essential. You’ll articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives, business users, and technical teams.

Additional Requirements
- Customer-Centric Approach:
- This role involves engaging directly with customers. You’ll understand their needs, explore possibilities, and guide them through potential technology solutions.
- High-Level Design (HLD):
- Take customers on a journey, illustrating how different technologies could address their challenges.
- Produce high-level design (HLD) documents that outline architectural concepts and approaches.
- Collaboration with Detailed Solution Architects:
- Collaborate with detailed Solution Architects and technology experts to refine and expand HLDs into detailed designs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, architect, or consultant.
- Hands-on programming experience with technologies like C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Dynamics, and TOGAF.
- Consulting experience or client-facing roles are advantageous.
