About the Role
An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Structural Engineer to be based in either Bunbury, West Perth or Kalgoorlie. As the Senior Structural Engineer, you will work on a range of structural projects across various engineering disciplines. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead complex projects and provide advanced expertise in structural analysis and design. Your role includes overseeing and mentoring Graduate Engineers, collaborating with all disciplines, and ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of diverse structural projects. With an existing diverse and stable client base, this role offers excellent career advancement opportunities.
About You

• Above all else, you need to be an enthusiastic individual who possesses a strong work ethic, can persist through obstacles, and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent time management and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a Structural Engineering position within the Mining & Resources sector.
• Hold a recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or equivalent). Chartered status with Engineers Australia would be beneficial.
• Strong people management and leadership experience. Calm under pressure, leading by example.
• Strong communicator who values working in a team environment.
• Commitment to quality and customer service.
• Permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
