Join Randstad Enterprise on our Canberra account for a Senior Talent Advisor. You will play a pivotal role in our focusing on hiring complex and security cleared professionals.Tenure: 6 - 12 month contractKey Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic talent advisory and planning to support stakeholders and business leaders within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define current and future skills requirements, contributing to effective workforce planning.
- Initiate diverse sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates meeting the unique demands of our client.
- Comply with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols to ensure accurate and real-time data input for candidates.
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, briefing, preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence to educate hiring managers on supply and demand trends in the financial services talent market.
- Level 4 security clearance is highly advantageous to be selected
- Proven experience in security clearance / defence recruitment
- Success in filling complex niche roles within past organisations
- In-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus
- Highly organised, with effective time management skills.
- Thrives in structured environments and follows established processes
