Are you an experienced academic administrator with university experience? This is an exciting administration role working in a small and close knit team
- A full-time, permanent role
- Hybrid - 2 days work from home
- Centrally located with great transport links
The role:
- Process assessment and exam results, applications and admissions and recognition of prior learning
- Liaise with the student centre regarding a variety of tasks including teaching spaces room bookings, progressions, exclusions/appeals
- Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding policies relating to academic programs
- Prepare and provide appropriate reports and results to internal stakeholders
- Perform timetabling activities including faculty exams and manual enrolment and allocation
- Previous experience in Teaching and Learning Support in a University setting. This is not a teaching role - Teaching and Learning administration support
- Experience with interpreting and applying academic and administrative policies
- Well-developed time management, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong level of oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of individuals at different levels within an academic setting, including senior management
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
