About the role
This is a Senior Infrastructure ('Middleware') Technical Lead that will focus primarily on Operational Excellence; managing and supporting Oracle middleware on an Oracle Engineered system for Oracle products
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include - leading L2 & L3 in triaging/resolving complex high priority incidents and problems. You will be actively troubleshooting application/infrastructure issues, designing new features, delivering code changes, providing impact assessments for those changes and platform upgrades. As this is an L3 role, there will be an on-call aspect to support Production related incidents

About you
- Hands-on experience with operational support for:
- Oracle Siebel OCH/UCM IP17+ (20.X+ ideal) OR
- Siebel CRM (23.X+ ideal) & Weblogic (12.X)
- Exposure and working knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems
- Understanding and experience with design/build/upgrades of Oracle Siebel OCH/UCM/CRM and Weblogic solutions or products
- Exposure with Oracle virtualised and non-virtualised environments.
- Working knowledge of Messaging Services (e.g. MQ/JMS) and API/REST
- Proven experience working in a Technology corporate and matrix environment
- Any exposure to network technologies, Linux/ Unix Operating Systems, Monitoring tools and Infrastructure Automation would be advantageous
