SalaryOur Government client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to help bolster delivery capabilities with the use of Sitecore.
3 month contract (+ potential extension), super flexible 3 DAYS PER MONTH in Melbourne office.
What you'll do:
- Assisting in the planning, designing, construction, and maintenance of our products, while working alongside stakeholders to ensure successful software delivery in an agile, DevOps setting within a collaborative team environment.
- Providing practical guidance in product planning, weighing technical prowess, business goals, and quality standards.
- Supporting technology strategy by advising on design patterns, library utilisation, testing procedures, and deployment methods.
- Involved in 24/7 on-call roster rotation to promptly address incidents outside regular hours, as our teams take ownership of the software they develop and are accountable for its functionality.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 4 years of Sitecore expertise (or a minimum of 2 years, supplemented with substantial experience in other CMSes or .NET), including demonstrated leadership or senior developer roles.
- Extensive experience in Full Stack Development utilizing .NET, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on responsive web design for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs/cloud message APIs, integrating with external APIs, and familiarity with testing frameworks, particularly for frontend. Skilled in managing push notifications.
- Proficient in managing Linux/Windows hosted environments in the cloud, particularly AWS.
What is desirable:
- Proficiency in REACT and NodeJS.
- Knowledge of OAUTH/OIDC.
- Proven track record in enhancing, designing, and building SQL database tables.
