The Role
We are currently seeking a Service / Accounts Administrator to join our NSW team based in Auburn. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills in a diverse role working both independently and as part of a team.
The key responsibilities of this role include but not be limited to:
- Processing of completed jobs and invoicing
- Manage and resolve customer queries
- Manage and resolve creditor invoice queries
- Requesting invoices from creditors
- Raising purchase orders
- Raising quoted works
- Update internal databases
- Run customer reports
- Liaising with accounts payables, accounts receivables, account managers and between other departments
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
