Total Generators is an innovative Power Generation business that offers Rental and Mechanical Services across the mining, manufacturing and construction industries. Our Moranbah Regional Office seeks Administration Professional who has mechanical maintenance administration, parts and processing experiences.  Our business is committed to customers with power needs and our culture reflects a dedicated commitment to accuracy in scheduling and processing of matters detailed below. The Office is well established and local to Moranbah, therefore candidates local who want a flexible part time role should apply.

This position includes;

• 6 hours per day Monday to Friday
• Telephone & Reception
• Parts Allocation
• Field Maintenance Scheduling
• Purchasing Parts for Equipment
• Administration Support for Manager 
• Processing AP Invoices

The role will require attributes including:

• Spreadsheets 
• Punctual and Trustworthy
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiar with Coal Mining Industry  
• Solid computer literacy

Experience in Customer Service, Business III or Baseplan will be highly regarded.

This role is available now for immediate start. It is Part Time with flexible start time estimated 5-6 hours per day.
