Our client, a locally owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, seeks a dynamic and organised individual to join their team as an Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the company, which is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers both over the phone and in person.
- Proactively follow up on customer quotes to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate quotes, process payments, and generate invoices.
- Manage and maintain the customer database.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal staff.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and learning new programs quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with customer orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
