Due to recent growth in the business, a new role has become available as a Service Administrator.
About the role:
This role involves providing administration support to the service department, making sure all paper work is up to date and is entered accurately and efficiently.
- Review technician timesheets for accuracy and process daily
- Provide clear communication with Customers & Suppliers
- Create purchase orders and receipt parts
- Allocate parts to the correct tasks
- Update parts in inventory
- Allocate hours worked to correct tasks
- Assign supplier invoices to the correct purchase orders
- Organise inductions for service technicians for a range of different sites
- Identify Customer damages and invoice in a timely manner
- Maintain the quarterly and annual services for the fleet equipment
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Create weekly reports
- Create and maintain periodic services
- Answer the phone as well as make calls to Customers
The Essentials:
- Previous experience in a similar industry but not essential
- Ability to work with software system Aroflo would be highly regarded
- Have the ability to source parts from various suppliers
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Have strong administrative and organisational skills
- Have strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to follow all company policies
- Hours: Monday to Friday ranging from 7:30am until 5pm
