They are located in Mt Waverley in close proximity to the Monash Freeway and Princes Hwy with ample on-site parking.
The role will require a customer focused person to work closely with co-workers, field technicians and customers to assist the operations manager with daily activities.  Ideally you will have experience in an office-based customer focused support role.  Experience in the fire/essential safety measures maintenance sector would be well regarded.
Your duties would include:-

  • Ensure effective and timely administration of the company's workflow and databases in relation to job management and reporting
  • Proactive and effective customer communications at multiple levels of an organization when dealing with all actions generated in the job management system.
  • Ensure a high degree of accuracy and compliance with the company's well developed internal processes.
  • Customer invoicing and actioning of supplier orders
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as required.
Ideally you would have the following skills and experience:-
  • 3-5 years in administration, ideally related to a technical environment.
  • Highly organized with a great eye for detail and very focused on getting it right.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills accompanied by a professional phone manner.
  • Superior customer relationship skills that recognize customer satisfaction is essential and not a 'one size fits all' proposition.
  • A predisposition to working in a team based collaborative environment.
  • A strong work ethic
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office software
