Tutt Bryant Equipment - QLD Archerfield Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Service Work order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
- Purchase order and invoice processing.
- Daily Time Sheet preparation
- Compile information required for internal & external audits.
- Workshop Stock Control
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
What would make you successful in this role?
- Previous experience in a similar Admin role will be a distinct advantage.
- Invoicing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
