We have a great opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor/Admin Support person to join the team at Newly built Chevallum dealership centrally located in Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast region.
To be successful in this full-time role you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our dealership customers in person and over the phone.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will manage our customers’ needs from booking to repair to ensure that their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Highly motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem-solving skills;
- Proven experience in a similar role is desirable;
- Industry experience in any of the Truck, industrial, agricultural, or automotive industries in a similar service advisory or office style administration role would be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales skills;
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements;
- Computer literacy skills with experience in AUTO IT or a dealer management system is considered an advantage;
- Teamwork focused and a "can do" attitude.
The successful applicant will have the team, tools and the dealership providing a support network to assist within their role.
