Service Administrator

 are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy Service Department. You will be working with renowned and highly respected brands such as Kenworth, DAF and Isuzu Trucks. 

For this role, you will be reporting to the Service Manager and you must be confident with working in a busy environment and show close attention to detail when processing repair orders. 

The position of Service Administrator is focused on supporting the dealerships Service Department as well as general administrative duties.

You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Attend to incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Liaising with fleet management organisations to close out service repair invoices
• Management of cash sale reports
• Manage system data input of all workshop invoices
• Administer customer invoicing and warranty claim preparation
• Daily filing of repair orders
• Processing of supplier invoices 
• WIP reporting
• Provide assistance to Service Manager as required
• Perform any other clerical and administrative duties as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Advanced Microsoft word and excel skills
• Display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including a professional telephone manner
• Ability to think outside the square
• Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
• Strong written and oral communication
• Strong data entry skills
• Current and valid driver's license
• Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership environment is highly advantageous
• Display a positive and proactive approach to all situations

• Pentana System experience
• Parts & Mechanical knowledge highly advantageous
