The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team and hit the ground running!

 What you will do:

Your key deliverables in this role with include:

• General administration
• Raising work orders, purchase orders and goods receipting
• Invoicing and reporting asset damages
• Daily and weekly reporting requirements
• Service scheduling with internal and external mechanics
• Logging breakdowns and engaging contractors for attendance
• Assist in ensuring safety and compliance of all equipment is maintained

What you are and what you have:

• Strong administration skills and demonstrated experience
• Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Clear English with a  good phone manner
• Well presented
• A good work ethic and be self-motivated
• The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Prior experience in a similar role in equipment hire is an advantage
