McIntosh & Son have an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver exceptional administrative support to our Kulin Service team on a fulltime basis.
Based in Kulin, this role is an integral part of our already existing team. You will be a highly motivated, self starter, have the ability to work independently but have the desire to work with and contribute to, an already outstanding and highly successful team.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Build Sheets – collate, open, monitor Repair Orders as required
- Open, maintain and monitor Repair Orders as required
- Invoicing – prepare retail and internal invoices (ensure accuracy)
- Purchase Orders – create as required
- Creditors Invoices – enter as required
- Collate, enter and follow-up services to Payroll (timecards, on call rosters, leave forms)
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in providing efficient administrative support to a high standard
- Proficient data entry skills (Essential Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional time management
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Good Interpretation skills
- Agricultural knowledge is highly regarded
