That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about.We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and general admin for our Distribution Business in Newman, WA located out of our Perth Branch.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, make flight changes, book medicals and organise site access
- Enter and control technician timesheets
- Experience handling travel related booking is highly preferred but not essential
- Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload
- Provide world-class service to our well-established customer base
- Arrange training and keep accurate records for technicians
- Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive
- Heavily customer-focused role
- Demonstrated service administration in a similar industry, automotive or mining
- ERP experience, preferably with SAP/Ariba, along with Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
- An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is desirable, as well as familiarity with financial processes/accounts and purchase orders.
- World-class interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
