AddressNorthernair Pty Ltd, the Northern Rivers local leading air conditioning company is seeking a self motivated Service Administrator to join our fast paced and reactive Service department, in a full time role. Established for over 30 years, based in Lismore, Northernair Pty Ltd currently employs 25 staff. Northernair takes pride in promoting a positive and energetic work environment.
The job will require the following skills and experience:
Invoicing through Service software TSM (on the job learning)
Effective communication and coordination with technicians
Working closely with and assisting the Service team in an energetic environment
Problem solving skills and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic fast paced environment
Booking in high volume of Service calls
Ordering parts
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and excel
