Service Advisor
Bunbury Nissan & Southwest Renault are a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers that will be seeking your help and guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service experience by promptly attending to their questions, and bookings in an efficient and courteous manner.
The role:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Answering phones.
- Booking appointments.
- Costings, Invoicing and receipting of payments.
- Checking in customer’s vehicles.
- Assist with warranty claims work at times.
- Proactive communication with the customers to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle.
- Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work.
- Ensure compliance with all Dealership and Manufacturer policy and procedures.
- Some cross training in other roles such as parts interpreting to cover leave.
While someone with experience is desired, we are willing to provide full training the right candidate who possesses the below attributes:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet.

- Current WA Driver's License.
