About the role
Using marketing leading Japanese design and technology, Kobelco has been an innovator in excavation since 1930. And Northeast Auto Group is proud to be the home of Kobelco in South Australia.
As a Service Advisor in our Kobelco Workshop you will play a vital role in delivering customer service excellence to our valued customers when they bring their equipment/machinery in for Servicing, Diagnostic and Warranty repairs. You will be organising service bookings and liaising with customers, while working closely with the workshop and parts departments.
Day to day you will:
- Actively listen to our Customers to gather and provide clear information to the workshop
- Quote customers on vehicle services and repairs
- Ensure customer bookings are scheduled in accordance with available workshop hours
- Work closely with the Workshop Managers to ensure service levels are met
- Interpret requests for parts
- Proactively communicate and update customers throughout the day
- Upsell beneficial products and services based on the customer's needs
- Manager daily administration tasks including processing repair orders, invoices, payments and actioning warranty claims
You will form part of a highly skilled & professional team and will be provided with ongoing training and support to ensure your success in this ever evolving, and exciting industry.
About you
You are a true customer service professional, always striving to ensure you deliver the ultimate experience in each and every interaction. You excel while working in a team environment due to your exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills.
Ideally you have experience working in a dealership environment or the automotive industry, and have the ability to explain the value of services and repairs to customers.
You will have:
- A current Drivers License
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Dealer Manager Systems (DMS)
