Sydney City Jaguar Land Rover is owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.
Based in Alexandria they are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team.
The primary purpose of the Service Advisor role with Jaguar Land Rover is to support customers through all stages of the service process and represent the dealership to the highest standard possible
Some specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Meeting customers on the day of their service
- Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Explaining service options and processes
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Communicating with colleagues with scheduling of repair orders
- Ordering parts where applicable
- Preparing repair orders and invoices
- Updating customer database as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a Service Advisor position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- ERA, ERAnet experience preferred
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver's licence
You will be a customer focused and results driven Service Advisor with a can-do attitude, which will see you hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment and with the support of management you will be successful in achieving all departmental objectives.
The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary including Base, uncapped commission plan and company drive vehicle or car allowance.
