Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service Advisor in the day to day running of the service department.
- Greeting customers and understanding their service needs
- Conducting vehicle inspections and providing accurate cost estimates
- Explaining recommended services and repairs to customers
- Scheduling appointments and managing service timelines
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Titan DMS experience (not essential)
- Previous experience in automotive service advising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
