We are family owned multi franchise dealership representing iconic brands like Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Isuzu Ute, Bridgestone and Stihl with Dealerships in Maitland and Kadina SA. This position is based in our Service Department in Maitland South Australia.
About the role
The Service Advisor is an integral role as you will be responsible for creating professional first impressions with our service customers. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is truly customer orientated and passionate about working with people.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will manage our guests needs to ensure that their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Professional and friendly first point of contact for our service guests
- Promptly attend to all service bookings made via email / online / phone
- Organise and follow-up on our guests' vehicles through the day
- Be the liaison between guests and service technicians
Skills & Experience
- Customer oriented, friendly approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Sound computer skills
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable
- A current drivers licence
- Prior experience within a car dealership environment will be viewed favourably but is not essential
