What the role entails:
- Liaising with customers in a professional manner
- Working in a team environment
- Ensure a high level of customer service standards are met.
- Answer phone, email, and instore enquiries
- Assist with warranty requests.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, customers, and internal service and parts department.
- Keeping customers updated on all parts and service requirements.
