You will be completing applications and managing your own portfolio of advisers. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive within a fast paced environment.Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high standards of customer service to a variety of stakeholders
- Strive to make every customer contact on which builds advocacy
- Proactively manage your own portfolio of advisers together while supporting your colleagues to provide excellent levels of service throughout the policy life cycle
- Onboard new advisers to create new business
- Continuously look for ways to improve the service
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong processing administration skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
