Service Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Service Coordinatorto our team to help us expand and provide total satisfaction to our customers.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, collating and processing reports as well as forward planning and time allocation of field service technicians through our Dynamics GP and Wennsoft service management software package. As well as logging service requests, allocating resources as requested and liaising with clients.  

• Dispatching and co-ordinating Service Calls.
• Coordination of the updating of service agreements.
• Liaising with customers to ensure the end-to-end delivery of our services.
• Plan and schedule labour to ensure the most effective delivery of our services.

While you don't need to meet all of the criteria some of the key areas we are looking for in your background 

• Demonstrated experience to prioritise customer critical appointments with daily volumes and achieve daily operational KPIs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised individual with well-developed communication skills with the ability to constructively negotiate and resolve customer grievances or escalate accordingly.
• A mechanical background would be an advantage, but not essential.
• This role would suit a very organized, proactive, self-motivated and flexible individual, who operates as a team player, but can operate efficiently as and individual as needed.

PSA is a facilities management company with our business specialty being around the installation and maintenance of retail and depot fuel storage and dispensing systems including new builds as well as upgrades to current sites for some of Australia’s largest fuel retailers.
