About The Company
Our client is a Fire and Safety Protection Service Provider with over 100 years of combined experience and expertise in the industry of fire and safety. They install, test, and maintain fire protection equipment across various industries.
Our client is expanding their services to include Sprinklers in-house and are seeking a talented Service Coordinator to join their team.
About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via telephone and email
- Managing and scheduling routine servicing and repairs for the Sprinkler department
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Overseeing on-site teams' schedule
- Performing general ad-hoc duties
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated previous experience in the essential service fire industry
- Experience working in the sprinkler/pump industry (Highly regarded)
- Experience using Uptick or a similar software (preferred, not essential)
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and high motivation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to adapt and grow with a dynamic company
