About the Business:

Lotus Commercial is a commercial kitchen service business with 30 years' experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy, exhaust cleaning, air conditioning filter maintenance and various sanitisation services.

The Opportunity:

Lotus Commercial is growing and looking for a Service Coordinator to join our busy scheduling team. Based at Brendale this is an exciting opportunity for someone that has previous service coordination and scheduling experience, has a keen eye for detail, great communication and customer service skills. The position will report to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Have exposure to tele calling customers, ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of jobs for customers in accordance with agreed service schedules
• Edit existing and new customer details in operating system (Simpro)
• Ensure all changes are documented on the roster each day. (e.g. Employee sick days, customer cancellation, job notes, access requirements and inductions)
• Support operational resources in the creation and maintenance of service schedules.
• Liaise with operational resources to process and administer short-term changes to the operational service schedule.
• Ensure customer specifics, access keys and security codes are current and with technicians for each job.
