The Position
To coordinate our care services to home-based clients. Tasks include:
- Listening to and understanding client service requests (verbal and written).
- Using your “matching” skills and our software to search for suitable care workers.
- Communicating with our care staff about service requests and client requirements.
- Liaising with our clients and care workers.
- Using our software system to search, communicate and book services.
- Dealing with all customer service issues.
- Dealing with all carer-related issues.
- Ensuring the roster and database are always accurate.
