About our Opportunity
Are you ready to be apart of a high volume busy support function for both our Service and After Sales teams dedicated to delivering quality experiences and solutions? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Service Support Coordinator at Trend Bayswater site.
As a Service Support Coordinator, you will plan and coordinate installation schedules of our products, this responsibility will have you as the primary contact for home owners with enquiries regarding service dates therefore your primary goal is to ensure customer needs are not only met but exceeded whilst maintaining operational efficiency. In this fast paced role, you will need to be confident with customer interactions, at times managing difficult conversations troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer.
Typically your day will involve:
- reviewing the service schedule revising current lead-times daily
- contacting customers to confirm scheduled installation
- prepare service paperwork
- provide after sales support managing service issues and warranty claims
- supporting the After Sales Support Coordinator
About you
You'll need to have previous customer service experience with competent administration skills, an agile team player, with highly developed interpersonal skills and with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of our customers. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with capability of lateral thinking and be unaffected when resolving problems that arise.
In addition:
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- dependable, punctual and able to commit to Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm
