About the role
Due to growth in NSW, we are seeking skilled, accomplished and enthusiastic Service Coordinator.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a team of experienced trades people, purchasing of parts and materials, coordinating contracts and perform administrative tasks as part of a skilled and friendly team.
What you will need to be successful in this role
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external customers, in service / trade industries preferred
- Proven high level organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work and problem solve as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience as Service Coordinator highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular preference to MS Excel
