AddressPower Protect is a vital business owned and operated through BGIS, which provides installation and maintenance services to critical power equipment for customers in a variety of industries.
Our team support Uninterrupted Power Supplies, DC Power Systems, Automatic Transfer Switches, Diesel Generators, Harmonic Filters, Frequency Converters and Power Factor Correction equipment.
The Role
This role is based in Sydney and is a 9-day fortnight!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients.
- Lodging work requests using the nominated CMMS and data entry.
- Ensure that work costs are completed within the approved cost limits.
- Provide prompt, accurate and timely customer reporting.
- Liaise with service providers and Facilities Managers for clarification of technical issues.
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a Customer Service Centre environment.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation.
- Proficient in relevant computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related program) and Internet access.
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Customer Service.
- Proven experience in despatching work in Facility Management or Trade.
