About the role:
This is a highly rewarding position for somebody who is driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will ideally suit a graduate looking for experience to develop at a large organisation who has ambition to grow into a management position. As the Service Coordinator you be working in our Service Business specifically managing the coordination of our FACTS works. In the position you will be liaising with our technicians and external customers to see the competition out the outstanding service works.
Upon completion of this contract, you will have gained valuable experience to hopefully progress into our management program. Our management intake commences early 2024 and is a tailored rotational management program designed to maximise the cadet’s experiences and skillset to equip them to become highly effective, passionate, and results-driven managers.

Key Accountabilities:
- Scheduling and resource planning of all FACTS Works.
- Ensuring contract set up for all works are completed in SAP
- Acting as a point of contact for Field Technicians for any information associated with the work order, including the provision of materials required
- Advising relevant parties when site works are completed and finalising all required documentation
- Driving and promoting safe behaviour in accordance will all internal processes & procedures

- Highly developed prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstration of a resilient and adaptable attitude to the workplace
- Excellent communications skills
