Located in Alexandria reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilise our network of trades people and consultants to schedule, manage and complete our clients facilities maintenance work orders.
Works orders include routine and reactive maintenance tasks including but not limited to: carpentry, handyman, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, & more.
Building strong relationships with our trades people is an integral part of the role. Our clients stipulate the time in which a work order needs to be completed, and it is vital that you are are motivated and resourceful to ensure our clients needs are met.
Your duties include:
- Schedule, manage and close numerous work orders.
- Be resourceful and motivated to close work orders on time, meeting customer expectations and KPIs.
- Problem solve client and trade issues as they arise.
- Building strong relationships with our trade network.
- Administer high quality customer service to our clients.
- Act ethically and maintain our professional standards.
About You - Key Competencies Include:
- Experience in customer service, or service coordination in facilities maintenance or property.
- A can-do and positive attitude with the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- The ability to think on your feet in order to find alternative solutions.
- Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and Excel
- Experience with SimPRO is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
