About the role
We are seeking a fulltime ‘Service Co-ordinator’ for our Property Renovations division to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.
Duties include:
- Scheduling work and attendances for our trades
- High volume data entry including preparation of quotes
- Reception phone duties
- Customer service
- Liaising with estimators, suppliers and external contractors
Requirements for the role
- Experience in a similar position within the trade service industry
- Must have experience using simPRO software
- Bubbly, friendly approachable personality
- Pleasant and patient phone manner
- Reliable and team oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
