The purpose of this role is to assist in the effective delivery of Infrastructure and Operations Service Desk functions for the University. Support the team in this short contract in all Service Desk and administration duties, opportunity for extension based on work requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk services, including online and telephone customer support, administration, management of keys / access and car parking administration.
- Contribute to the improvement of role processes.
- Perform duties that involve using a range of software applications.
- Resolve issues/problems/queries independently and provide advice on routine matters.
- Collate, organise and edit materials for inclusion in reports/documents as required.
- Provide administrative support within Infrastructure and Operations as required
- 2 - 5 years experience working in an administrative based role.
- Confidence in handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to ensure consistent customer service delivery.
- Experience working in facilities and services departments advantageous.
- Hold, or be willing to undertake and pass, a Victorian Working With Children Check.
