Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to over 400+ customers via Autotask, Datto and RMM tools.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical skills and in-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Sound knowledge of MS Windows OS and MacOS, Microsoft365, Office Suite, AD, Printing technology, AV products, Cyber and Networking products, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
- Solid technical understanding of hardware peripherals and associated software such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, iOS and Android devices.
- Support Microsoft365 environment including Office apps, Exchange, Identity, Endpoint Manager, Security, SharePoint and others
