IT - Projects and Service Management Office

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Service Desk Officer, you'll handle client service requests, ensure effective communication, and maintain high service standards. Your role includes managing IT tickets, client communication, and contributing to continuous improvement in our IT services.
We value candidates with experience in IT support, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.
This is a full-time, twelve-month contract with opportunities for advancement.

Remuneration: The salary range for this position is $93,960.82 - $99,623.47 (include base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
