The City of Mandurah is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to fill the position of IT Service Desk Officer. In this role you will provide efficient and effective Service Desk support to the City.

You will be responsible for:
Provide first level support and incident management for the IT Service Desk to the City of Mandurah.
Assess level of incident and allocate a priority in accordance with agreed incident management processes and procedures and priority of incidents.
Provide administrative support to the Information Services section including market research and ordering of IS/IT equipment, hardware or software, reconciling telecommunications and leasing accounts.
What you will bring to the team:
2 years’ experience in a similar role
ITIL knowledge or certification desired
Outstanding customer service skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to capture, document and record optimising problem resolution in the help desk system
Excellent interpersonal skills

This full-time level 4 position attracts a competitive salary range of $75,419 - $81,093 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience and a wide range of benefits to reward your contribution.
