• Rotating shifts of 7:00-15:30, 8:00-16:30, 14:30-23:00 7 days a week

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Service Desk Officer to join our Service Desk team on a casual basis.

Our Service Desk team provides first level ICT support for all Gippsland Health Alliance members.

The Service Desk Officer is responsible for Providing Level 1 support to GHA members including triage incoming calls accurately and timely, ensuring relevant details are collected for Agency Support staff.

• Demonstrated understanding of computer systems.
• Proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
