SalaryAs a Service Desk Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees' technical queries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in resolving issues efficiently and providing top-notch support to ensure seamless operations.
Due to a growing team, we are looking for 2x Service Desk Officers with varying amounts of experience.
Entry Level - Want to kickstart your career? This position is suitable for a candidate that is looking to transition into ICT. - $53,900 + Salary Packaging
Experienced - Ideal for a candidate that is able to work with our wider ICT team and provide technical guidance to resolve issues. Starting at $66,000 + Salary Packaging
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support on office and business applications
- Coordinate and ensure the resolution of incidents are recorded, triaged, and managed
- Accurately record service requests
- Assist in the provisioning of other ICT equipment.
- Manage the provisioning of end user devices including but not limited to telephony, computer and hardware
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar helpdesk environment and a strong interest in IT systems and their application in organisations. You will show the ability to assist in the provisioning of end user training, documentation, asset management and software license management.
